What we do

I install and configure Grok Box: the Grok Bot AI assistant, set up as an always-on team for your business. A chief of staff, a secretary, a tax and bookkeeping helper and a business planner, all working in the background. It takes the admin off your plate and tells you about problems before you have to go looking.

Inbox triage

Urgent emails get flagged straight away. The rest are parked neatly so you can deal with them when it suits you.

Invoices and cash flow

Overdue invoices, bills coming due and quotes still waiting are brought to you, not buried. It works with MYOB, Google Drive and Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and your Excel and Word files.

Reminders and jobs

Follow-ups, client queries and upcoming jobs are kept on track, with a nudge when something needs you.

Your own computer

$500 setup fee (normally $1,500)

$3,000 hardware only

  • Hardware setup included: cleaned of bloatware, updated and ready to go on day one

Grok Box AI setup is not included. Add the $500 setup fee to have your AI team installed and integrated.

You stay in control: you create and own your own Grok account. No passwords or billing go through AIBOS.
