What we do
I install and configure Grok AI agents, set up as an always-on team for your business. A Business Manager, a Secretary and a Tax Accountant, all working in the background. It takes the admin off your plate and tells you about problems before you have to go looking.
Invoices and cash flow
Overdue invoices, bills coming due and quotes still waiting are brought to you, not buried. It works with MYOB, Google Drive and Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and your Excel and Word files.
Reminders and jobs
Follow-ups, client queries and upcoming jobs are kept on track, with a nudge when something needs you.

Prices are subject to change. Grok is owned and operated by xAI, which sets its prices in US dollars and can change them at any time. AIBOS doesn't control Grok's pricing. The price shown is approximate Australian dollars, converted from xAI's US$30 a month at October 2026 exchange rates, before tax. Higher plans (SuperGrok Plus and SuperGrok Heavy) are also available from xAI for heavier use, but most small businesses won't need them. The exact amount you pay depends on the exchange rate and your bank's conversion. I'll help you set up your plan before you sign up.
You stay in control: you create and own your own Grok account. No passwords or billing go through AIBOS.
Common questions
Couldn't I just do this myself?
Yes, you can. What you're really paying for is the expertise behind it: the hours I've put into studying, testing and perfecting a team of agents that's ready to go from day one. Your time is valuable, so let me take care of the setup for you in a single visit. I'll also show you the basics, so you're comfortable and up and running straight away.
Can you help me after setup?
Yes, fees apply. Support is $100 for the first hour, which includes the callout if I come to you, then $50 an hour after that. A lot of help can also be done remotely.
Is there an ongoing cost?
Yes. Your AI team runs on a SuperGrok subscription of about $44 a month, paid directly to xAI from your own account. There are no ongoing AIBOS fees unless you ask me for extra help.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You create and own all your accounts, and you sign in yourself. No passwords or billing go through AIBOS.
Will it work with what I already use?
Most likely. Your agents can work with Google (Gmail, Calendar and Drive), Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel and Word) and MYOB, and I'll check anything else you use when we first chat.
When can you come out?
Weekdays from 4pm to 11pm and all day on weekends, so it doesn't get in the way of your working day. I come to your home or business across Parramatta, Ryde, Blacktown, Liverpool, Penrith and surrounding areas.
